The universal truck TPMS from Cub and RTS

The universal programmable truck TPMS from RTS consists of a 433 MHz TPMS sensor, which is mounted in the wheel rim bed using a sensor holder and retaining strap. With the help of the Truck Sensor AID 4.0 programming and diagnostic device, the sensor can be reprogrammed as often as required - thanks to the wireless function, even when installed, which brings considerable advantages, particularly in fleet management.

For smaller commercial vehicles (vans, panel vans), the Cub UniSensor2, which is also available, can be installed directly on the valve. Programming is also possible via the Sensor AID 4.0. This means you can cover your entire commercial vehicle fleet with just one TPMS programming and diagnostic device.

A universal TPMS sensor offers many advantages over a permanently programmed OE sensor in the aftermarket in terms of storage, seasonal tire changes and a few other issues. In the TRUCK sector, the position of the sensor in the rim well and the free programmability bring two further advantages to the fore.

The Truck Sensor AID 4.0 from Cub is the simple introduction to the digital recording and handling of all data relating to the complete wheel of light and heavy commercial vehicles.And of course the Sensor AID 4.0 is also an excellent TPMS programming and diagnostic device. This results in a number of advantages for the TRUCK sector.

The complete documentation of complete wheels ensures the safety of your customers. At the same time, it protects you from errors. With the Truck Sensor AID 4.0, you can check and document the following values during the incoming and outgoing measurements:

European legislation on TPMS for commercial vehicles

Under EU Directive ECE 2144/2019 (ECE R 141), all newly homologated commercial vehicles in categories N1 to N3, O3 and O4 as well as M2 and M3 must be fitted with a tire pressure monitoring system from July 2022.
