NEW: our state-of-the-art universal TPMS with Android-based programming device
With the new, freely programmable RTSensor and the ultra-modern programming and diagnostic device “RTS Tool V1”, we are launching our own state-of-the-art universal tire pressure monitoring system for the specialist tire trade, which offers great development potential. The proven TPMS product range of the Cub brand is still available from us with the usual service.
The universal programmable RTSensor
The TPMS sensor from RTS, which can be freely programmed again and again during its service life, offers the well-known advantages of a universal sensor in terms of space requirements and flexibility in terms of storage and storage costs. Naturally, the sensor, which transmits on a frequency of 433 MHz, covers almost 100 % of all cars available on the European market with a directly measuring 433 MHz tire pressure monitoring system. The sensor is available with three clamp-in valves in silver, gray and black, which are of course CASS salt spray tested and suitable for use in both winter and summer. It is of course also available with a snap-in rubber valve. All valves are also available individually.
Advanced TPMS programming and diagnostic device RTS Tool V1
In addition to the sensor, a universal TPMS solution naturally always consists of a programming and diagnostic device. The instrument we offer goes by the name of “RTS Tool V1” and was developed from the ground up to meet the requirements of modern workshops. The device is based on the Android operating system and is operated via a 5.5-inch touchscreen, which can of course also be operated with a stylus. Programming processes are exclusively wireless and are completed securely within a few seconds. Up to eight RTS universal sensors can be programmed at the same time.
The device is supplied with a docking station for charging and storage. A Bluetooth OBD II module, a carrying case, a power supply unit and a charging cable are also included. Updates are carried out wirelessly directly from the device and, as usual with RTS, are free of charge.
The functional scope of the RTS Tool V1 is constantly being expanded so that all important data can be transferred directly to the respective ERP system in a timely manner.
Cub product range still available from RTS
As the RTS and Cub brand TPM systems are not compatible with each other, the new RTS products will only be available directly from the sales force or by telephone when they are launched. This is to prevent incorrect orders.
RTS Sales Manager Olaf Petermann completes on the delivery of the programming and diagnostic devices: “The RTS Tool V1 is basically self-explanatory thanks to its clearly structured user interface. Anyone with a smartphone should have no major problems using it.
Nevertheless, as a service-oriented company, we are interested in providing on-site support during training and offer this service free of charge.”
