Accessibility statement

RTS Räder Technik Service GmbH aims to make its website www.rtservice.com accessible and barrier-free. The website is designed to comply with national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament. The following accessibility statement applies exclusively to the website www.rtservice.com.

As a purely business-to-business (B2B) company, we are not subject to the Accessibility Enhancement Act.

Status of compliance with the requirements for accessible information technology

The accessibility requirements are based on §3 (1) to (4) and §4 of the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance of North Rhine-Westphalia (BITV NRW) (German), which was enacted on the basis of §10e of the Disability Equality Act (BGG NRW) (German).

Compliance with the requirements is verified by means of an assessment based on the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool. This is based on the international standard WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.

The first test took place on December 10, 2024. The last test took place on October 15, 2025.

Arbitration proceedings

If no satisfactory solution has been found even after you have provided feedback to the above contact, you can contact the arbitration board in accordance with Section 16 of the German Disability Equality Act (BGG). The BGG arbitration board is responsible for supporting out-of-court dispute resolution in conflicts relating to accessibility between people with disabilities and federal public authorities. The conciliation procedure is free of charge. Legal counsel does not need to be involved.
